1. What do I need to have to obtain an online consult?
First, you must submit medical records documenting your condition as well as a photo id. You must register, fill out the questionnaire section agree to our terms and conditions and submit a form of payment. Your consultation will then be scheduled.

What is the cost for these services?
The charge for the review of your medical records and the consultation is $100.00 if you do everything online and through fax or email. You can also "contact us" and we'll place your order over the phone.
You also pay for the "medication(s)" and the "shipping rates" according to the price lists. We also run specials and discounts from time to time! So, understand that your initial consultation of only $100.00 gets you a consultation with the Doctor, have a prescription written, and we normally offer two refills. So the first time, your order will be $100.00 higher than the first and second refills.
After your refills have run out, you are required to have another consultation, but it's much easier, because we'll already have your records on file, so all you have to do is call us and request a refill. We take it from there! To figure out how much, exactly, our services will cost you, simply pick the "medication(s)" you want, pick the "shipping option" you want, and add $100.00 for the first order (prescription) with two refills! There are NO other or hidden charges!

How can I pay for my medication?
We send C.O.D. The C.O.D. payments are made by money orders and Visa only.
4. Can my order be tracked?
Yes. If your order is lost, please contact a customer service representative to track your package.
5. How and when can I order my refill?
You can call and place your order with any customer service representative or place the order online. Your refill will be available only 25 days after the last order
6. What type of medical records are needed?
In order for us to maintain legal guidelines, you must fax evidence of your existing medical condition on your doctor's letterhead, prior to your consultation. The doctors require documents that substantiate the condition(s) for which you are consulting. Medical records must be less than 1 year old.
Please fax these medical records to our fax number: 3212480191. You must also fax a copy of your Photo ID. Please insure your fax is clearly marked with your name and number of pages.
7. When will I get my medication?
Once you have received your consultation, medication will be shipped on the next business day. Orders that are placed on the weekend will be filled on the following Monday. Orders that are placed after 12:30pm Eastern time will be filled the next business day. You may call customer service toll free at 8503871622 for questions about shipping and delivery.
8. What about privacy?
All the information provided to us is treated securely and is viewed by the medical professionals only on a need-to-know basis and is not available for any purpose outside our system (except for disclosures required by law).
